8 week coaching program
A 100% customized nutritional program to fit you and your goals at hand. Includes weekly check-in's via email and any questions you may have. These are NOT your typical cookie cutter programs. You work directly with the SSfitness company owner Stephen, who has over 23 years of fitness/nutritional experience, not an assistant.
Once program is purchased, you will receive the necessary paperwork(via email) to accurately depict the type of program you will need. You will also receive a phone call/consultation from the company owner (Steve) as well to better assess any information he may need to create your program.
You must renew after the 8 week program in order to still obtain the coaching services of Stephen and SSfitness. Once the 8 weeks is completed, you will have the option to renew another 8 weeks or by month to month as another viable option.
