A fully 100% customized to you nutritional program to fit you and your goals at hand. Includes weekly check-in's via email and any questions you may have. These are NOT your typical cookie cutter program. You work directly with the SSfitness company owner Stephen, who has over 22 years or fitness/nutritional experience, not an assistant.
Once program is purchased, you will receive the necessary paperwork(via email) to accurately depict the type of program you will need. You will also receive a phone call/consultation from the company owner as well to better assess any information SSfitness may need to create your program.
You must renew every month in order to still obtain the coaching services of Stephen and SSfitness.
